ABOUT ME & MY FITNESS PRINCIPLES AS YOUR PT/COACH
MY FITNESS JOURNEY
Everyone has different struggles, starting points and entirely different fitness journeys.
Mine has been full of pitfalls, hurdles and obstacles physically and mentally - however with a lot of work and study I have been able to achieve my goals, improve my mental and physical health.
This is not with quick fixes, fad diets or short cuts/overnight miracles. This has been with good training, balanced nutrition and a lot of work inside - particularly with outlook and attitude towards eating and exercise.
I set my business - LCH Fit - up with the intention to help others do the exact same thing: find their motivation, self-esteem and confidence without confusing, expensive plans or strange supplements and cutting anything out.
There is no magic answer to weight loss or building muscle but there is good coaching and support to get you there which is what I work hard to do for all my clients.
I believe in making fitness accessible for all: health is more than shouting, burpees and losing inches/lbs.
