I’ve been doing PT sessions with Lauren for almost a year and have also just done 12 weeks of WOW online classes. I have worked with a personal trainer before but have literally never met anyone as inspiring and motivating as Lauren. I was very nervous about starting originally but Lauren is extremely patient, kind, understanding and always does her absolute best to make you feel comfortable, with zero judgement. She is also incredibly knowledgeable and works through any issues that arise. She makes everything fun and her energy, enthusiasm, commitment and dedication are second to none.
My results speak for themselves, since starting with Lauren it has been life changing, I have lost over 4 stone and am happier, healthier and more confident than I have ever been.
I cannot recommend her highly enough!
I have just completed Lauren's 12 week online challenge and had no hesitation signing up for the next 8 week block. She provides everything you need from the outset to help make lots of healthy changes to your lifestyle, including detailed nutritional info and equipment recommendations, plus alternatives you can use that you may already have around the house. There are about 5-8 exercise classes each week that you can do live or at a later time, so this is amazing value, and you can't help but be motivated by the energy, positivity and humour Lauren brings to these, especially during these difficult times. The private Facebook group means you have lots of support and humour from others too. I would definitely recommend LCH Fit, so if you are contemplating signing up to one of her groups, just do it!
I would highly recommend Lauren’s classes. Prior to attending her Boxercise and Boot Camp classes over 6 months ago, I had lost my motivation to exercise. I was looking specifically for a boxing class when I saw Lauren’s classes advertised online. I was looking to regain my motivation, fitness and tone up, and I have certainly found that in her classes. The mix of the two classes, definitely covers all the difficult muscle groups and cardio too. The people are very friendly and welcoming, Lauren is very supportive and will help each individual to reach their goal, she’s also very flexible when I am unable to attend a class.. It’s fun but also hard work. I really enjoy coming to class and definitely have ticked all the boxes for what I was looking for in a class!
