When we first went into lockdown, I moved my fitness classes (Boxercise & Bootcamp) to a private Facebook group online. I was dreading it.

Over the course of 3 months, I found I loved it, it pushed me and kept me motivated at home - working out harder than I ever had at the gym.

When we were able to go back to face to face classes, I did so socially distant and safe but kept the group going.

This time, there are between 5 and 10 live classes a week which you can watch back any time. Check-ins, progress monitoring, a 47 page nutrition guide and weekly live check ins that cover mindset, mental health and motivation. Each week now also finishes with a 5-20minute flow session for flexibility and mobility too.

All personal training and nutrition services are now available online. I provide 1-2-1, group or couple PT sessions on a range of video chat services: Facetime, Zoom, Teams and Google Meet (any other platform can be arranged in advance)

All block PT bookings include: live Google Doc updated twice weekly, 47 page nutrition guide, home or gym workout programming as well as nutrition calorie target, macro breakdowns and example food plan.

Packages are available in blocks of one 60 minute session weekly or two 45 minute sessions. For up-to-date personal training prices please contact me for the PT price plan brochure.



I have been having PT sessions with Lauren for five months and it has been life changing. I suffer with Fibromyalgia and other joint issues and after trying almost everything someone recommended I did PT sessions with Lauren. Over the past five months my flare ups have cut right down and I am able to do 'normal' things again. At first I found simple movements that I used to be able to do easily very painful on my joints but Lauren kept a careful eye on me and got me to do other movements that worked my body but didn't hurt. She is exceptionally patient and understanding and when I come in hurting and tired she will tailor my session around what I can do and not what I should be doing.

I would highly recommend Lauren whatever your goal is.

I can highly recommend Lauren as a Personal Trainer, whatever your motivation Lauren will work through your goals and ensure you get there.

Lauren has been my PT for about 6 months. I have 2 sessions a week, I am working towards weightloss and feeling a bit better. I have noticed massive improvements in my fitness pretty quickly.

Lauren will take good care of you, she will push you, but not excessively so you won't wake up the next day unable to walk!. She is able to adopt her tone and her way of talking to suit you so that you get the maximum out of every session.

Lauren makes me feel very comfortable in myself so I am able to concentrate on the exercises she is giving me. She will explain everything she is doing and what she is looking for which really boosts my confidence.

Lauren is an outstanding personal trainer. I live with autoimmune disorder and have experienced significant mobility issues from pain and fatigue. Lauren supported me to build strength in order to stop needing my crutches/wheelchair/walking stick. With Lauren's expertise I've actually moved way past this goal. I can now walk completely unaided as well as doing boxercise. I got my life back! I now run my own business which seemed like a pipe dream before started training Lauren. When I have bad pain or fatigue days Lauren adjusts out session so I can still work hard but not make my pain worse. She is very caring and supportive.
