Service Description
This is not a quick weight-loss, diet or fad group. It's a group of amazing people making changes, habits and life-long fitness and nutrition choices to achieve their own goals. I made this in lockdown and have loved my own transformation as well as my amazing client's unreal changes. I am open, honest and real (not a robot/Instagram model) I struggle, life is hard, nobody is perfect or always finds it easy. However we - as a group - get it done and get results. There is no judgement or feeling bad. This is a very encouraging and supportive group where workouts have options and you have the ability to pick and choose what works for you.
